Terms & Conditions

Quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the scope, surface condition and area recorded during the site visit. Changes to scope or additional preparation discovered during execution are quoted separately and confirmed before proceeding.

Timelines assume uninterrupted site access and suitable weather for exterior work. Payment terms, colour selections and material specifications are recorded in the approved quotation.

Warranty coverage applies to workmanship and specified materials on eligible projects, and excludes structural damage, external water ingress from untreated sources and third-party alterations.
